Please dont go for new and family passport apply ,waste of the time they ask to go to Madurai . for renew you can even they ask xerox will clear way again and again

I went here for my passport appointment & there was shortage of staffs on that day! It was a bit time consuming as there was only 1 person incharge but he was quick & did all the task by himself! They need to improve a lot on the infrastructure & team management!

Avoid applying using your passport. Staff members who are ignorant and behave rudely. better utilize the Madurai branch

Very derogatory attitude by clerk staff Saravanan in A section. Looks like he is the boss of passport in Bodi and shows attitude like if not willing, asking us to go Madurai or other states. I am very particular that Saravanan staff asks for a color verified Aadhar each and every time. A Xerox shop opposite the post office,. Will be ready to give us a color e-aadhar copy for 70 and sure there must be some link like commission being paid to Saravanan/Passport official. Be strong in your approach to tame those cockroaches like Saravanan in the POPSK Bodinayakanur. Just get your documents clear and still they try to be leech in sucking out the blood as if they are superior and expects is to fall in their feet. Unfortunately, the complaint in the Ministry of External Affairs passport seva is not working as usual.

Worst service if anyone applying for passport don't come here.....no one have knowledge ur passport will get cancelled and have to reapply again and again go directly to Madurai...server issue will happens so many problems

Passport office is very congested.. They have only 3chairs in waiting Area..Not even 5 people can wait there.

- All documents colour Xerox required and e-aadhaar required for all kind of applications. - Only 3 persons can sit in the waiting room. - Staff showing rude behaviour. Typical government office. - Staff don't follow appointment time. - Avoid Monday appointments because of crowd. - Go with below documents. See attached photo
