Aadhaar Enrolment Center

It is always crowded but try to go exactly before the lunch time to try your luck !!

If any government official happens to see this review, please take necessary action against this centre. We waited for an hour to get the token and then waited for 3 to 4 hours for an update in existing Aadhar. No proper response and no proper shelter. Slippers should be removed as if we are getting into temple Server don't connect most of the time No proper lighting when took Aadhar and it appears dark in the card which resulted the denial of entry into the airports. Very poor service. Please make Aadhar card centres upgraded similar to PP seva, Thanks to central government

They don't update the address for adhar .There is only limited tokens and it will finish at 9.30 am .Service is not at all good.

I had a worst service at this centre. I waited for a long time and the have systems that hangs too much. For a simple aadhaar update they ate my whole day. Then I found a Aadhaar enrollment centre near PTC Thuraipakkam, where the aadhaar service were so quick and ease.

Enrollment centre opens exactly at 10AM. no token has given, update can be done directly without token. I did biometric update in 10mins.

My experience with any government centre has never been pleasant. In fact this is the worst of all!! People over there do not give you any guidance. 2 people over there decide as to whom should they call next no matter for how long you have been waiting! So as soon as you go there get attention of both the executives over there and tell them you have come for aadhar work ( though it is an aadhar office!)

Very poor service waiting more than one hour...

Took my elderly mother who is physically disabled. when i walked in, there were couple of employees sitting with their foot up on the table. They said the server is down come monday. I said, i am coming from a long distance with a very senior citizen. They cared 2 hoots. i asked another person waiting there. She said she was told it will take 2 hours. I found out there was another office 2 blocks away called MLA office which does this process. When asked these employees where is MLA office, they told me google and find out yourself. When i went to MLA office, the system was working (obviously the server was up!) , The gentleman there was extremely efficient, polite and helpful and the process was completed in exactly 2 mins. If this is UIDAI own office, they may as well shut it down.If its franchise, UIDAI should look into this matter seriously
