Just now I have visited, but they don't know how to treat people, they guiding wrongly, I need to do name update in aadhar, I have supporting documents like passport and voter id, they are simply telling that supporting documents are not accepted, PAN only accepted, they telling reason like in passport and voter id having old photo , (this center creating own law) And they are thinking we are uneducated And that girl and watchman explaining me you go to that PAN cabin and give latest photos and do update, why , why, why, becoz this center promoting his own PAN cabin for more income, Aadhar update Rs50 but PAN update Rs200 + They are doing digital works but digital money not accepted,

Went on a Saturday 12.30, where workhours are till 2pm for child's mandatory biometric update. Security made us wait till 1.15 at Ground floor to issue a token saying the 1st floor where the updates are done is crowded. 1.30 when we went up, we saw a crowd - of staff having lunch around a table and no public at all. Just one counter attended by a lady and remaining 3 counters empty. When we came out at 2pm, They charged 100rs, where UDAI sent a SMS receipt stating no need to pay anything. The centre is run by UTI - dont fleece, act professional. Afraid how UDAI is planning to maintain this for a billion people.

Walked in to update the photo and biometrics for my children. Entire process was smooth and quick. Overall, had a good experience.

Worst. They won't accept the gpay or card payment. Only cash. I don't know why they collect only cash. Their service good Except the payment issue.

I would 100% recommend this centre if anyone wants to update their Aadhar details, definitely this place is eligible for more reviews, since I never have this much of hospitality and polite behavior from govt employees including (Security personals). The staff are more approachable. The place has enough seats along the facilities. If you have a clear document with the exact amount (50 or 100Rs based on our corrections) hardly 10 minutes is enough, since the staff has 2 monitors(1 is staff facing and the other one is customer facing), while entering our details we will see, if any corrections we can tell them immediately, so unnecessary confusion rectify there itself.Great place Great Job

Earlier, they offered good service.. after the incharge person changed, now a days, they simply says, SERVER DOWN, go to koyambed ofc or some where.. Also they are giving morning 5 tokens and afternoon 5 tokens.. very worst and pathetic service.. Don't waste your time here..

Giving 1 star as there is no way to select 0 star... Don't ever visit this place for aadhar card as they always say that the server issue go to koyambedu with the arrogant face expression... Nobody looks responsible to answer for people's question there is full of Queens and kings who looks at the common people as slave.. I don't want to use bad words here..

Totally disorganized and understaffed. Be ready to spend half a day for a simple task.I made a request for mobile number change. Not done by these guys. Follow up. Later on went and did it in Ernakulam, completed the task in 15 min and got an update the next day.
