Aadhar Enrollment Main Center

This Aadhaar center provides a terrible experience. The staff is unprofessional, uncooperative, and unwilling to assist people with their Aadhaar updates. Instead of addressing concerns, they simply send people to the post office. The token system is poorly organized, causing unnecessary frustration. Overall, this center fails to serve its purpose effectively. Not worth a single star.

An appeal to people who give negative reviews on this center - Please understand and acknowledge the fact that all the Govt offices operate on a limited resources / poor infrastructure. All we have to focus is the service they provide amid these challenges. The services offered by them is simply outstanding! Yes, there are so much of pressure from people queuing up, getting irritated and getting impatient. But the kind of patience, understanding and efficiency shown by Mr Suresh is truly commendably. Being a lone staff there, I can't stop wondering how does it so well. Thanks a lot Suresh, it's only heroes like you who make our state proud !

Proper government office. Slow systems. Token machine is inside the office and the people with tokens are outside hardly able to hear it. There are 6 chairs and around 25-30 people waiting for it. It's takes really really long time. Had to wait for 3 hours. Surprisingly the staff were helpful.

They open at 10 am and issue a total of 25 tokens to whoever is in a queue there. You have to come by 8:30 to get a chance as it gets crowded fast. They will check your documents and answer your questions when you get a token. You have to wait a long time, prepare to wait the whole day. The systems are very slow to update and breakdown frequently. The staff is helpful and answers questions promptly. Only issue is that they take Rs. 100 for an application which they're not supposed to. As per UIDAI, enrolment is free of cost and only updates are priced.

Here only aadhar biometrics and photos updated. No new aadhar enrollment done here. We wasted 2.30hrs of our time waiting there with our 8 mo child just to know there won't be new aadhar enrollment done(frustrated!!!) No adress update done here. (They are advising to update adress through online which not happening at all most of the time.) You need to be there from 8.30 if you want to be the first 10 tokens of the day. Tokens also very limited.

Had wonderful experiences for two consecutive days. I went the first day to change my phone number associated with the Aadhar Card. Met the well informed employee, Mr. Suresh, who took care of my request within 10 mins. I took my mother the next day wondering if the great experience was a fluke. It absolutely was not. We went during Mr. Suresh's lunch time. He tried to finish his lunch quickly and then helped take care of requests even faster. People have this notion that government services are not efficient. I am here to say that it's not always true. With great employees like Mr. Suresh, it can be extremely efficient!

No crowd, but they are asking to come tomorrow. I came here to change linked phone number.. they were eating inside.. no big crowd is there.. a simple work they are asking to come tomorrow and tomorrow..

I thought Aadhar card is free of cause, but they charge me 1000 rps, they say if you make in Chennai Adress that cause 500, just because I'm from Northeast they charge me 1000, they get salary from government but still they charge this much money, the worse experience
