The staff is friendly and clarify doubt kindly and does the needful.

What ever maybe the matter, just be there by morning 10 to get your token as there are only about 25 token given per day for adhaar related work! Once you get token, your work will be done within their working hours!

Very bad experience. Since there is one girl working on this center he doesn't respond.for our queries.i Ask the girl she told to see the notice board. And I am waiting for 2 hrs then the girl is telling the service is not done in this center. But in the board the service is done. People pls confirm one to two times (required service is doing with this center or not) don't waste people time. sorry no star can give for this center. Officer 'S pls look on this

I kinda felt bad real bad for a girl working there. I don't know her name . She issues the token herself. She answers every persons queries very patiently by herself. While answering everyone's queries, she also works on editing/correcting demographic details. She even played a cartoon on her mobile to make a kid look at the camera. Unfortunately everyone is displeased and openly showing their discontent towards that person (who is really efficient )... that she is not doing her job and that she is being too slow... That girl has such a cool head. Nothing seems to affect her. She is a wonder. On my part I would like to see a receptionist to ease her burden and let her do her job. Until then..... guys.... give her a break

Too bad service . They will issue token and will attend as per their wish list not as per token. I reached the centre with kids by 10.00 and got first token.But had to wait for about 1.30hrs to get our things done only because of this issue.just an updation of mobile number in aadhaar.i dont know the name of lady sitting there...but she was angry when we questioned about attending persons after us with out minding us and not as per token. They are not maintaining covid protocols also. The persons sitting there are not wearing mask and not using sanitisers. Premise is too dirty and dusty also sad to say that my experience was too bad...

This place could be more clean and organised. People are coming for token and fighting. The token machine is not working. We have to provide them even with A 4 sheet for print out. The girl in charge for updating aadhaar details is bias.SINCE I was a hindi speaking non tamil She did not entertain me. I had to ask others for help.She is never on time. From morning 9 o'clock to evening 4 o'clock I kept running from one place to another with two small kid's. She doesn't consider bank statement as an address proof. This is mentioned in the form itself that bank statement is a valid proff for address update. She wanted me to bring bank passbook. Luckily my Bank manager is very supporting when I told him about the incident he immediately gave me my passbook., but still now that aadhaar center girl wanted my photo to be present in the passbook. My one day was lost and I have to come back home. Next day also that girl was late when I came with all the proof now she told me to wait. All other people started shouting at me. I waited calmly now she started telling me server is not working. Since my daughter started crying she told me to take her out for a stroll and come back. Two minutes later I came back and saw that the server is working and she has already called another person for update. It was my turn and she was doing for some other person. I got angry and told her not to be so bad I have two small kids still you are behaving in a reluctant manner. Then she told me to come did my update and even asked for money. But to my knowledge mandatory update is a free service. I request the authority to kindly see to this matter.

Just two persons sitting, directing to come back Monday 10 am and to wait till 4 pm.
