Adhaar Enrollment Center

Review as of December, 2024: Location: Right above the ration shop next to Kamarajapuram bus stop. Services offered as of now: 1. Aadhar update Services like new aadhar enrollment have been temporarily stopped due to server issue. Not sure when it would be resumed. Also, the 10 years renewal service is not being done, we need to do it online by submitting proof of identity/address documents. Also, services like Name change are being re-routed to Koyambedu main office. Process: 1. Get the token (form) at the morning with time slot. 2. Show up at the given time slot to have your details updated. To get form, you need to show up by 9 AM and the forms are offered by 10:15- 10:30 max. 60 forms per day. (This might vary). Mention your requirement so that they can guide you properly. Have a valid Id proof with you based on your requirement. After getting the form with the sign, show up 5 minutes before the provided slot with valid Id proof/supporting documents. The process takes 5 minutes maximum. Pay as per the service utilised. Note: Biometric update (iris, fingerprint and photo) is done by default if not done in the last 10 years.

Very poor service. Staff is sitting idle at 12 pm, but they will not take new requests. Asking people to come at 6 am to get a token is worst. Only 40 tokens per day? And they are paying 2 staff for this! Government should take notice and revamp Aadhar service kendras across the state.

The concern person turns up only by 10 am and issues only 30 token for the day on the first come basis , to avail the token the people are standing in the que from morning 7am and the officer comes by 10 and precisely he gives 30 tokens and after those are standing for long hours are denied Then comes the time slot once the token is received he will the time slot , possibily only by second half for the person who got the token So the entire day goes for a toss spending whole day for the update or enroll Pathetic process and rediculus method

Contrary to the other negative reviews. I would say if you want to get your Aadhar done. Go here. Absolutely hassle free. Go in the morning, get the application with timing marked in it. Go back at the time mentioned get it done over. I did it and recommended to 4 others and they all had the same experience. Staff were quite helpful and did what they were supposed to do.

Aadhar enrollment and updates are done.. however the behavior from the person is worst.. Govt should take action for these kind of behaviors.. when you do the public service you have to be so polite to them.. not everyone are well studied, and I noticed he was yelling at the old people ..

Why would a facility of such importance not update their opening times for their clients clearly on their board? How can you expect clients to come and be guessing when the centre would open? Leave alone the plight of senior citizens..

For changing details in existing aadhar card they are asking to come only at 10 am and get a token. Only 40 tokens are issued in a day.

Go before 10 AM to get token. I think only 40 tokens per day and there will be a big queue. Come on the time mentioned in your application to get the work done.
