They don't have proper basic facility like internet etc. The staff Rosemary didn't complete the biometric process in proper manner and it got rejected. I wish the staffs and management are responsible in getting their work done.

Less crowded govt office and I done aadhar address update in 5 minutes, but charged rs 35/- . For address update you need to have eb bill, gas bill, voter id, postal id card or company hr letter. They are not accepting sale deed copy (rejection is high itseems). For kids less than 5 we can't do any update until they turn 5 yrs above. They do voter id update based on region's. Came for Aadhar update for every person... the Person responsible is sitting is talking for a very very long time and people are just waiting..: They should have some escalations point of contact to report such behaviour of making people to wait...

The lady incharge of aadhaar is miss leading people and request for taking action against her. We went today for aadhaar card enrollment for 3 months old baby and she told aadhaar is given for child above 3yrs according to new rules and we enrolled in nanganallur Post office the same day and got enrolled. 2 months back we went for phone number updation for 2yr old baby and the same person told that it can done only when baby is 5yrs old. Few months back I went twice for my aadhaar updation she wasn't on place.

it's Behind Saint Peters school. e-seva centre is in the entrance. You can get print of smart card (ration), aadhaar card, elector photo identity card (in new format) and other services provided at e-seva. They given my elector card within 10 minutes & charged 30. Anyone who is in Tamil Nadu voter list can get it from such office. Aadhaar enrollment center or kendra is a separate room next to e-seva. For Aadhaar, person should come between 9:30 AM and 10.30AM. As for the election department which is in first floor, they didn't allow me to view elector list.

It is a new office not so predominant. The approach road and the office itself is not marked clearly. There are no road signage. The Office is neat and clean but the surroundings needs improvement.

It is an highly corruptive place where even the temporary staff will demand ransom as graft to undertake of mutation of patta records.

Always crowded ... service levels ok..
