It's an office for updating and processing aadhar card. They issue only 100 tokens everyday so if you are lucky you ll get token. Depending upon your token no. Your work will be done. Thr are only 3 counters and they do work very slow slow. Token distribution starts from 10 am but people form lines from 8:30 am itself. So much of rush and your half day will be gone in this or may be full if your token is 70+.

Office timings are mentioned nowhere.they asked to come and collect the token at 9 am..but the office is not opened Till 10.people are waiting in the queue for long hours.

For aadhar card process you have to go there by 7.30 to 8 a.m. The token will be issue at 10 a.m only. So go with breakfast, water bottle and umbrella while going there... :-)

Went there to update address in Aadhar. Nobody was there except one person.He casually replied that version is updated & it will take10 days. Such is the position of public utility services. Is anybody checking these reviews & taking remedial action. Horrible state of affairs.

Superr experience I visited this centre for changing my wife's address in Aadhaar card after Marriage. There are 2 persons in this centre - 1 male and 1 female employee. I approached the female employee. She told that she can't change the address because the print in my HDFC Passbook is not clear. Infact, it was the new passbook I got on same day. Female employee asked me to do online and very adamant she wont do her work. These people are getting paid for no reason. They are not ready to do their work and that's how a Government employee wants to be in Tamil Nadu. Computers they use are super slow in this Machine Learning world. Nice work.Wishing all the best for anybody who wants to visit here

Waste service. There are lot of young graduates waiting for job. Give them these kind of data entry work atleast in contract basis. Token system, slow work , 3 times visit for single Adhar.

I am a NRI and have come to apply adhar for my kid. Had such a awful experience here. Government wants its citizens to apply for adhar which is a good thing but makes it so inconvenient for people to apply. We are a 130 Billion people country and you setup offices like this to issue 50-60 tokens per day and make people stand in the queue from 7am. Attitude of the staff here is pathetic. Guys you are not working for NASA or United Nations!! You are paid to work for our citizens your own citizens and treat them good. Make it a pleasant experience for them. Sorry to say that our country's government offices are still light years away compared to the government offices in some of the countries I have worked and done business with.

Actually they will open the centre by 10.00am only. But if you reach the centre at 10am you ll see lot of people standing in queue from 7am. So it's better to go early and wait so that you ll get your Aadhar token. Because per day this centre provides only 40 tokens due to short of system(Laptop) to work on, if you have any luck then they ll provide 50. They have only one laptop to enroll your form so It will take sometime to enroll the form into the system. And people answer each and every question of yours but in case if you are repeating the question again and again, only then they ll reply bit hardly. Better get the token and if the token number is with in 20 wait and enroll your form and then leave. If it is more than 15 better leave the place and go for your work. Dont waste your time for the whole day over there. And come back later before 1 or 2 PM and get your form enrolled. Better get somebody's phone number over there and get the updates like which token number they are processing now. My token number was 41 and I went there around 2PM and by 2.30 my form has been enrolled i to the system. Thanks.
