Went at 2:40pm the office was close, opened at 3:20pm. Had worst experience, they dont even care for people. She says everything for not doing the work, so that she can be free

Worst experience. The attitude of the lady staff is so rude and takes lunch hours for granted. I visited there for 3 days and the co staffs said that she is on leave for 2days. The third day(Friday) was a government holiday so the office was closed. Saturday and Sunday holidays. The next day(Monday) I went there, as usual she was not there. I waited there for more than 2 hours. I asked the other staffs about her arrival, there was no proper response from them too. Lunch hour is between 1 and 2 pm and closing time is 5 pm. The most funniest part was she came by 4pm and said that I went for lunch. When I asked about the lunch hours, her replies was so lethargic. I don't recommend people to visit this e-seva branch in emergency cases. Somebody please report her and take legal actions accordingly. (Thiruvanmiyur E-Seva)

Worst experience the attitude of the lady over there is very rude.

E seva is not operating here except property tax collection . Due to this pandemic , they have shifted most of their work to Adayar corporation office .

Actually this place doesn't open at 9am. It opens at 10.30am only.

Very bad experience. Made to wait for an hour and still never cared or processing anything. Please change your employees.
