Worst government staffs, no response, very bad experience etc,......

My parents had shifted to Tambaram recently. I applied for a new ration card. Once the validation process came to this branch. It was a super-fast process. Also i recently made a request to add a member. Again WOW, updated in a day. HATS OFF TO THE TEAM handling ration card related services. Hope all branches had dedicated staff like this.

For Aadhar update, make sure your address belong to this Taluk office else they will ask you to go to respective municipality office. For example, chrompet should go to pallavaram municipality office which is near to lalitha Jewelry.

You can visit Assistant Thalisdhar for legal heir or any purposes to visit Thalisdhar. He was very helpful it first visit and cleared the query on legal hier document and contact Thalisdhar PA to approve it as all documents were clean. Before that I visited other Thalisdhar office(Perambur) to get noc, it looks like bribe goodown.. It's difficult to find right people in government offices but luckily I found one.. 3 stars is only for Assistant Thalisdhar.

I visited recently for getting smart ration card - timing is from 10 am to 1 pm.- counter 3. Aadhar card of the family head is required.
