Very Courteous Staff. Very Patient. Especially Since they handle all age groups day in and day out. Including very young kids and very old people. Ensure you are here at 9:30 to get token early. Typical time taken for 1 person is about 15 mins for non-trivial changes. Please note if you are handling aadhar update for more than 1 person, take the sufficient number of tokens. Only 1 person's update is allowed per token.

They are not doing new aadhar enrollment..only updation can be done... When asked they told us to go to taramani e seva centre for enrollment..i don't think UIDAI has equipped these centres only for updation..as we all know both enrollment and updation work in the same website. These guys are not willing to do their work..so they will divert us to nearby e seva centres

Went for Aadhar Name update on a weekday. Waiting time was less than 30 mins. The update was done in 5 minutes. Tokens are given from 10.00 till 12 noon. Not very crowded. Enrollment operator Mr.Prabhu is cordial and provides clarifications on necessary documents/details required. Rs.50/- is charged for update as per UIDAI guidelines. UPI payment is accepted.

I needed to update my Aadhaar address, and they told me to go to any Xerox shop, saying they would do it there. Then I asked about getting a new Aadhaar for my son, and they told me to go to the post office. So I asked, "What is this place?" They said it was an Aadhaar service center. I don't understand--what service do they actually provide?

Staff are really friendly over here. There is a token system here, so go early by 9.30 am. There are separate lines for ration card and aadhar card. Ask someone before joining the line. Aadhar updates are done inside. The charge for updating mobile number is 50rs.

I went here withy mom for change in date of birth for her. As per govt norms i took proof as my mom pensioner book, but they said they cant do that date of birth change.. Waste of time. Then why aadhar seva here.. Close it.. Worst service.. Been waiting from 8:30am to 10am and while giving token informing that they cant do.. But while checking over tollfree they said it can be done in aadhar seva center but officials here neglect to do.. Worst service. Bit arrogant, with out any reasin jus said goto koyembed office and never turn around and he went to other ppls to provide token and ask for reason for coming.. No courtesy at all.. Worst experience worst center..

I came here twice, could not get my Aadhar updates done, they always say that server is down. But the near by Velachery post office was able to update they did a better job. This place is well equipped but I could not get any help in this location. They tell us to go to the koyambedu office to get the work done. I do not understand why they keep this center. Where they could not perform their regular duties.
