Worst Service here. The lady here says that you need to come in the morning to collect one of the 20 tokens and then come in the afternoon to do the work. Very inefficient and she doesn't have any courtesy or empathy. There was no one there in the counter, when some of her friend's friend came, she is chatting with them for more than 30 minutes and was doing the aadhar work for them without token or anything. when a family came to do aadhar for their kids and think the husband has taken leave from work and come and when they requested, she didn't even bother to help them as treating them as a 3rd citizen. Seams like she is on the phone and watching YouTube and videos and less work is done saying in the name of only 20 tokens per day. This service, especially at the collector office needs to be looked into.

Lovely lady is quite helpful and knows what she is doing. Her work is efficient. Need to be there before 10 to get the token number. She is very to the point and unfortunately has to take the anger from people as everyone does not have clear information.

The service e very bad, waiting n waitiing all r wasting the time. No time values,the person who is incharge is very rude, badly, . The server r very slow , systems r not working properly, all the application r waiting more then 3,4 hrs. This all should b take care by the government. Pls do the needful From HRC.

The lady at the Aadhar counter is efficient and good but unfortunately as she is alone she ends up answering people who walk-in for enquiries and people who have tokens are made to wait for long period which is frustrating and adding to this there is no fan and light in the waiting area. They should depute another staff to answer queries so that the people with token can get service without disturbance. Light and fans is also a must.

Irritating lady when I have kid 3 yrs old i said her to take new aathar for my kid but that lady told me to go somewhere what kind of behaviour is this she was speaking infact having small child she doesn't have helping tendency plz change that lady she doesn't tell me to come tomorrow also she tell me to go corporation office for taking aadhar for my kid what kind of good lady she was no helping Mind kiindness nothing but this is a permanent center she told me to go somewhere and there is no rush when I was there for school thing i need pls help me i asked but that lady didn't help me

For Aadhar corrections and enrollment go sharply at 10:00 am. Only 20-30 tokens given between 10am - 10:30 am. Take pen to fill the form. For address change take bank passbook. New entry for children only done for 3-5 yrs. If going for mobile number linking also link ur email address. Charges 50 rs. Very helpful staffs. Building not maintained properly. No fan or bench to sit for elderly.

This place is located inside CBE collector's compound. Most pathetic place to go for Aadhar Card Enrollment. The lady in charge does not know what is Indian Passport and has a pathetic attitude. Speaks massive lies and does not care about clients. I strongly recommend to go to India Post office for new Aadhar Card enrollment where you will get professional service at Zero cost. Don't waste your time going here.

Most efficient place to go for Aadhar card updation . I went for mobile number linking also linked email and updated my photo ,biometric,iris.U should be there by 10 Am . There will be only 20 tokes given per day . Location Located inside collecter office left side.
