State Bank of India KADAYANALLUR

One of the worst SBI Brach in service. Very much delayed in giving a DD. Even after 5 hours they not giving the DD till now. They will tell you false excuses.

Poor management. You have to spent your whole day by waiting and waiting just for nothing here. Worst Manager who is not even eligible to be a Clerk. Congested area. No proper help you will get. Illiterate staff who never treat you like account holder.

A good bank with friendly workers. One would be helped at any problems encountered. It is located in the main road. One can find a tea shop near by where in you can find tasty tea- coffee of native origin one can also find super market near the bank where in you can drop for any need.

State bank of travancore is now changed as State bank of India. It is in the main road krishnapuram. Parking facilities are there. ATM facilities are there. The bank offers very good service to the customers. The bank is very keenly observing the needs of the customers and tries to serve better.

I never saw such a poor management. Nobody having responsibilities. Post Office performs better than you all.

Poor response and customer service.They are behaving like manufacturers of currency.bad experience.

I visited the branch recently. Services provided by the Manager and the staff dealt with me is satisfactory.

If there is any minus star option i would choose that.. that much worst experience with this bank.. staffs are acting like gods there.
