Home stay was pleasant and hospitality by their Manager Sridhar was very good . Assistant Ganesan was very helpful . Homely food of our choice was good

Worst e sevai Mayam functioningin the bank ...very rude behavior.. tries to avoid work as much as possible... not even knows basic info and arrogantly says she doesn't know the required information... avoids many child candidates saying lame reasons .. not prioritizing children first ... even passport offices prioritize young children and older citizens but she is an ignorant human being cant even give a waiting time or an estimate to people. .. ive heard many complaints that she purposefully neglects child appts saying it's not possible child is crying etc etc... or makes ppl wait untill children fall asleep or get cranky and finally parents leave... iit's better to shut down the place... the one in taluk office is much better

Their customer service is very very very bad...they never value the time of the customer...the staffs are paid for doing nothing...the manager and the service manager is the worst of all employees...they treat the customers with no respect...they behave as if they are giving money out of their own pockets...widthdrawing our cash takes one whole day and they follow a stupid token system... serious action must be taken against them... decorum of a bank is not at all maintained...the security was the only helpful person...

Very worst service. they don't know how to behave with customers. They are not fit for customer service.
