Pattukkottai Municipality Office

I've tried contacting the engineering department repeatedly via phone and email, but haven't received any response from anyone. The government website lists all contact details, but no one seems willing to respond. I visited the office on a Monday morning at 10 am during office hours. The office appeared neat and mostly empty, with many seats unoccupied. I was informed that officials were in a meeting and asked to return by 4 pm. I waited until 4 pm to meet with someone, but they couldn't address my concerns and instead provided another contact number. Unfortunately, that person is unreachable. Our trip from Chennai for this government work has been a waste of time and money.

Birth certificate issuer takes longer than lunch time compared to notice Lunch time 1:30 pm to 2:30 she take more than half a hour. People were waiting more than a hours.please clear this problem.

Good municipality but i have birth certificate but that certificate contain English and tamil so I will apply for new certificate in English, it charges was 400 rs for one certificate.
