Staff's are supportive, only adequate chairs are there. I followed the "document advisor" for renewal but deviations are 1. Needed the E-Aadhaar with signature verification(tick mark) & to generated on day of passport appointment date(Details as on). 2. If you are married carry marriage certificate or prepare Annexure J. Take required xero in your area, there shops are busy & costlier.

Too late in serving customers, 11:00 am appointment calling at 1:00pm. So come late if you have appointments. No proper chair. At least in summer this guy's should work properly.

The Rasipuram Passport Seva Kendra provides a very good experience with user-friendly and polite staff who give proper replies to queries. There are enough chairs for applicants and facilities like drinking water and toilets are adequately maintained, ensuring convenience for everyone.

Better to close the center and place a board "GO To Coimbatore '....My appointment time 12.45 my calling time is 1.30 poooooor knowing documents i complete 2.40 pm as previously in Coimbatore less than 15mts my renewal completed next day I got passport. Here I thing they are might not staff of pass port office my first renewal is no police verification but now they unknown and willfully ,i asked y the police verification he say ye now asking ..and initiated police verification was a big fear to await now iam want to go there and one or few month wait for myself the SAME.my rating is POOR zZeeeero.

This is small passport office and they have very little knowledge on the process. Also very strict in documentation. Important: Average passport receive time: 2 months.

staff members are kind enough. if you have little time to wait about 2 hours then everything will be settle down nicely. save your time in travel to coimbatore.

Very slow and inefficient process. Reporting time and actual time that they call us varies hugely. Would strongly recommend everybody to go to Coimbatore Passport center. That centre is way much better and efficient.

Go with proper Documents 1.Appointment receipt 2.E-Aadhar and another address proof Opposite Xerox shop is charging very high for E aadhar and other printouts /Xerox It is better to carry printouts when came here for appointment
