Aadhar enrollment / correction centre

The person working there is very fast and polite my work was finished within 3 minutes but new enrollment is not done here

Very worst service and response from the person working. There's no proper regulation. How many tokens are processed and timing nothing is informed. She's working on her convenience. We gave the Aadhar at 10.45 am. She told it will take 2 hours to call us. We waited for a while since child was with us we informed we will come back in 1 hour. We again went by 2.20 pm since the previous day we were told lunch time is 2-3pm. When we asked she replied harshly only by 3 she will open. By 3.10 she opened and went outside for washing. I asked how long to wait she shouted and walked away and said IF YOU WANT GO TO OTHER CENTRES WHY ARE YOU COMING HERE?, you GO AND COMPLAIN WHEREVER YOU WANT I SAT FOR LUNCH ONLY BY 2.30 I will open only by 3.30 IM NOT AFRAID ABOUT YOU GO AND TRLL WHEREVER YOU WANT. Here the problem is we public don't know what's the actual process. Timing even whom to report out Grievances. To educated people if she's speaking like this just think about illiterate and poor people's sake. This type of irregularities should be questioned. They should have the curtesy at least to answer our questions politely. She was very rude in answering. Definitely I will escalate this issue and complaint.

Better you can reach to Taluk office without token system but you have wait in queue.

She (Renuka) is very kind and fast service. One thing office is not opened around 3:45 pm. Although the office time is till 5 pm. But it's ok by seeing her best service for the public.

Visited to attach my father's phone number to card. Very helpful person Ms Sharanya, filled in the form herself & completed work in 5 minutes. Thank you madam
