Head Post Office & Aadhar Center

Many people leave reviews that are negative. In My experience many times the deposit and withdrawal was very good. Counter 1 and last counter person who is sitting there is not sure name but very humble and please politely respond. In outside post office we have ATM machine. There we have surveilens camera available. Pure drinking cane water available. Well seeting structure. Immediate response from both workers and portman. Left side we have adhar center. 1st floor we have pli section. My experience everything is good. But some time many counters printer's was not working. Still they are not providing ATM card for me.

Did passport renewal. So much pain and very slow in processing the application. Always they have some issues with the xerox copy and asking to retake from the opposite shop. Hope they don't have commission deals. Felt kind of a scam here. Took almost 2-3hrs to submit the application. Just 2 people were working when they have 4 counters. Please speed up the process so the old people are not getting stuck all day here.

Even to get a form , we have to be stand in que for long.. agent is standing Front and getting amt for 6,7, members continuously.. what is the purpose for May I help you desk ... by asking form they said lunch hours and to get form from counters... pathetic situation

One of the worst worst post office , ppl don't know how to process the work quick... for account closure they made us wait for 3 days... and the idotic person don't know how to do it .... Their service is pathetic to the core ... don't even manage any account over ... one of the worst service never seen anywhere in my life... ppl work over der they talk like RBI employee don't even have the courtesy to finish the work on time ...

Worst services for Aadhar update! Went on Saturday morning 10 am and asked to go back again on Monday to collect token at morning 8 am and without token, one can't update the Aadhar. Was waiting since 7.30 am on Monday morning. The person supposed to issue token was late and the token was not issued till 8.30 am. All the 70-80 people were waiting impatiently since the morning. While people show interest to update aadhar, officials should take responsibility and be on time in office

Very unclean place. There is no 2 wheeler and car parking. It's the same case with the passport office. Not able to park 2 wheelers even at the street since the street edges near the compound is occupied by the street vendors. They don't allow us to park there. I think the passport authorities wants us to come to their office only through town bus or dropped.

Too much wait time. Many new young people are working.. they don't know the process.. Please go to different Post office branch for (Any saving account, Deposit account etc) or courier
