Not a great experience. When I went to update my card info, the person in charge (owner I believe) was rude. He was asking me can you read what is given in the card and made me read as if I was there for a reading practice. I just got my cards and flew away. He was talking rude to earlier customers over phone as well. I should have realized by then. I went to a Govt. bank after that and got much better treatment. Probably the only place I've seen where customer service was poorer than a Govt. run bank. Two stars because the other staff behaved much better.
