Theni Head Post Office

Service is very slow. I have a horrible experience. I went to send registered post and the person in counter is not caring about anything by using mobile, chatting unnecessary with the employee about his salary credentials. No change when you go whatever time you want. Keep the change with you. Worst service. At 9.30 only they will start the registered/speed post.

No response to the telephone call made. Nobody care to attend the phone call

They don't answer any calls. If we were nearby , we wouldn't call. Understand the necessity for calling you at your office. Your Customer Care takes decades to find an available agent .. Very typical of a government owned business.

Attended a meeting inside the Superintendent of Posts, Theni division.

They are doing their work Customer service is best with everyone

Govt office attitude. No one ever answer the phones..So annoying....Pls pickup the phone , it could save a lot of time for your costomer.
