i had to drop by this aadhar updation centre for a name change (expanding my last name) so that it's the same as in PAN. the lady serving was grumpy, impatient and simply refused to take my request. she was asking questions like whats my name in work records etc, which is beyond her station when i am providing mandated proof. after some persuasion i managed to put through my request through her.
