Worst service.I approached the centre to get updation of adhar card.RS50/was also paid.The Enrolment operator,Midthur Nikhitha gave me an acknowledgement after all the formalities and asked me to get updated adhar To my surprise updation is not done at all.I had to visit twice for this purpose.A TOTAL NEGLIGENCE IS NOTICED.
Worst place of location, next to a chicken shop and behind a street sugarcane juice vendor. It's very hard to locate it. Just 2 staff over there which means centre could be closed if both are sick or can't attend work due to any other commitment. Seating facility is on unstable timber benches. ETA for any work is out of scope. Nothing is delivered as per customer charter. Service is just ok. There is no answer from the staff for the service you have paid and when the work will be done even though they are the ones to issue those certificates etc. Escapism and blame game culture is predominant. You are advised to contact the concerned officials of respective departments rather than the meeSeva people doing the work.
Who gives to them of mee seva authority. They Dont know how to Maintain systamatic its a very poor service center one day work they will take 10days
Meeseva center is not located on the place shown in the map .. it's located on the opposite lane near Sneha chicken center. Regarding Service - Went to update my mobile no in Aadhar, they updated it but charged Rs 50 instead on Rs 35 mentioned there. Definite case of exploitation.
Going to this adhar update centre from last 1 month but they were telling camera is not working and printer is not working why you people will give the adhar update centre to this kind of people worst service
People who are working at meeseva center ghatkesar get some sense.you are no one to address the customers in such bloody rude manner!!!
Only birth and other certificates can be obtained, but, not aadhar, voter id etc
