Very good Service and polite staff. The space is very small though . I came here to upgrade my 4G sim which was said to be free by Airtel at any Airtel express or retail shop , not sure why they charged me 30 . Rest the service was quick like 2 minutes and the new sim and everything worked well.Thanks .

They charge minimum of Rs. 100 extra for any kind of services and the support staff doesn't even know how to talk to the customer. Better reach Chandanagar main branch.

Visited 2nd June as mobile network not coming at 6:45, as per timings on Google open till 8pm but it is not

Very rude customer service. Went for esim conversion and they said it's not free. This is not official Airtel service store, it's a franchise store. This center will charge for every service they provide. Do not visit if you want to get it done for free.

Representative is busy with on his personal call and charged 150 for duplicate sim when i ask he was asked me to see notice board. Bad experience..

It's already 10.40am, and the store is still not yet open. Getting late to the office and need the sim to change immediately.
