A big hall. Good space and sitting arrangements are there. But very poor guidance to the client. Poor service. Staff behaviour is not so good. Nobody is there to guide or help you. I asked for an Adhar updation form. After asking 3/4 times she indicated to go to other counter. She also responded late and show next counter. The 3rd person told 1st book slot on-line. I searched in UIDAI website for booking, but could not get such facility. Finally came back. While coming back found one print poster inside hall that you have to download one app and pay Rs10/- for slot booking. I can't imagine whether the service is good after slot booking? Again may be same, have ask 5 people for next step. Better to search other updation center rather than visiting this place.

They staff are very careless and they don't give a damn about the public. They keep on chatting between themselves and take 10 minutes for 30 seconds of work. This is a cause of frustration for the public who have been standing there for hours together. I am writing this as I saw the staff doing the above stuff and a fight with the frustrated public. Sad to see this. And as long as these people don't feel like doing their work correctly there is no way there will be any improvement.

Useless employees, don't have manners to talk, very rude.

Nice place Opens at 8 am Aadhar tokens will be given at 10 am If u want to get tokens first come at 8 am and sit in chairs inside and wait until 10 am

They do not provide any services for aadhar anymore.

Such a worst service center and staff also always taking with mobile phone and chating. They are taking extra money for any online work better to change staff is good
