Chiller bank.no standard employees are here. They don't give proper response to us. It took 3days for me to close my account. They waited me for more than 3 hours.

Worst branch, no proper response for the queries. They don't care about the customer.

Services are nice.. Employees are giving the required information in a polite way. As we seen at map, it's near to railway station and at main road. We have Aadhar updation centre also here, may not operate properly all the days. Lunch break is 1 to 1.30 PM.

Aadhar update done here. Limited tokens are given at 10am morning. Staff is hard working polite.

Went for aadhaar address change. We have to be at the location by 9:45 AM (in advance) to withstand que since they only provide 10 tokens per day and bank opens at 10 AM. However, the actual process will be done within 10 mins.

I went here for new enrollment of Aadhar at 9:45 AM on weekday (Friday) and waiting for a token. They came at 10:25 AM and told that our machines are slow and not even switching on there will no Aadhar services for today. This is very bad. It is not only wasting time, I cannot even goto nearby centres. By that time token distribution will be completed at nearby centres. They are simply asking to visit nearby centres. Better government should give this opportunity to some other bank nearby instead of SBI, Tatanagar. And also we asked for a valid documents for change of address. This particular bank is not accepting bank statement. We checked online, bank statement is a valid document. We enquired in the nearby centres also. Bank statement is a valid document. Don't know why there are different rules for different centres. Nowadays one complete day will be wasted to make a small change in Aadhar physically. If you choose this bank, one day will not be sufficient. Aadhar body should take feedback after providing the services.

Don't expect 5star service here, they did help me to fix an issue with my debit card. Can't say much.ATM is towards the main road next to bank with careless withdrawal facility.

Very poor service.. they don't even respond.. and never solve issue.. it took 45 minutes for me to just solve 30 seconds issue.. and the maid or some women der she's not at all good at services der I'm asking something she's eating and not responding properly at 11 o clk she's is eating SBI bank has huge respect But this brach is disgusting and they put some plastic sheet between employee and customer due to some virus.. that's okay but we cannot able here them properly I have many complaints on this branch respond immediately
