Some important notes: 1. They issue 250 tokens per day, regional office is at 6th floor, it starts token distribution early like 7 am and it it gets over by 9:30 am, so be early. 2. CSC Aadhaar is located at 3rd floor of the Swarn jayanti building and it starts token distribution at 9:00 am, 250 tokens per day. 3. Aadhaar office or UIDAI office is nearby Ameerpet metro station. 4. Mine token number was 145, although I reached at 8:00 am morning and collected. There is no online appointment facility you have to visit physically and early. My appointment came post lunch at 4:00 pm. 5. Please do have clarity that which floor you have to visit. Regional office for grievances is at 6th floor and Aadhaar CSC office at 3rd floor. 6.Xerox, print out shops located at parking area, ground floor. Toilet and washroom at ground floor. 7. There will be long que at both floor, Have patience visiting here, it will take half of the day.

Urgent action is needed at the UIDAI Regional Office - Hyderabad. I visited this office on August 27, 2024, due to a suspended Aadhaar. Despite following all instructions and providing all necessary documentation, my Aadhaar remains inactive after more than 190 days, far exceeding the promised 20-90 day resolution timeframe. Multiple calls and visits have yielded no results. Gate opens at 7 A.M. Have to wait in queue till 9 A.M for tokens.Tokens will be given at 9 A.M.

I want to tell you the process : Step 1: if you have crossed the limits of your adhaar card edit (ex: DateofBirth, name, address) in your rural adhaar centers then only come to this center. Step 2 : they will resolve your issues based on tokens, from 7 am (mon-Friday) onwards they will issue the tokens along with acknowledgements they will give you 2 papers token and acknowledgements. Note : you need to stand in the line by 6 am on wards * Tokens are limits to 150-200 only* Step3 : if you want to update adhaar must and should you have Dateofbirth certificate which is issued by MRO and also you need ssc memo , this certificates are mandatory must should have originals. Step 4 : this is the only center for nearly 3-5 states. Everyday around 500-800 people visit this center from various states so, be ensure you will be the earliest one = no one should respect you and care you so be quite and be early. And the enquiry officer is a worst candidate he never cares about any one , he listen to the people who are on line with rudely

I had a very disappointing experience at the UIDAI Regional Office in Hyderabad. The center was extremely overcrowded with more than 150 people and only 4 counters operating, which caused long wait times and complete chaos. There were no proper seating arrangements, forcing many elderly people and children to stand in queue for hours. The staff's behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping and guiding the public, they seemed irritated and unwilling to answer even basic questions. Especially the security guards were extremely rude and harassing--constantly shouting at people and not even allowing them to sit on the floor when no seats were available. What made things worse was that no higher authority were willing to listen to the public's concerns, despite several people trying to raise complaints. There was no sense of order, empathy, or accountability at the center. Overall, the experience was extremely unpleasant, and I sincerely hope the authorities take immediate action to improve the infrastructure, manage the crowd better, and ensure respectful behavior from the staff.

The experience at this Aadhaar office has been extremely disappointing. The security staff were unprofessional and rude. It's been over five months since I raised a grievance in December 2024 regarding my child's Aadhaar biometric issue, yet there has been no resolution or proper guidance provided. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable

The worst service center ever!!!!!! 1.You need to increase the token numbers per day as there is a huge population you are supposed to be serving. 2.There should be a separate line for women and children, because the mothers and babies cannot stand for an hour. 3.The place stinks and awfully dirty with no ventilation or fans, it almost feels like suffocation . 4. There is not a single chair to be seated. 5. the government officials are very rude and unprofessional and do not even communicate with the people. 6. There is absolutely no Information desk to inquire about the variou Adhaar queries. This an absolutely pathetic condition, its very sad to see that the government doesn't give a damn about the welfare of its citizens.

Not a good experience. Their is no provision for senior citizens or small kids. No accomodation. They are made to stand in line for hours before their token number is called upon. In a day they only allot 150 tokens. This is where the country is heading. How is Aadhar promoting equal access and caring for marginal. This is exploitation and not caring for citizens who pay regular taxes to keep the country running. And if you looks at the reviews many have already stated how challenging the situation is, but their is no action. This is the example of how the government sector works. Slow and steady.
