NEW CAR REGISTRATION PROCESS 1:- BOOK SLOT AND PAY THE FEE IF APPLICABLE 2:- Along with the document that showroom must have provided ,get address proof ,pan card . Also you can see the pic added 3:- Get xerox of all docs (may or may not required). 4:- Go to the unmarked counter , officer will verify doc and will give you a pink slip . 5:- after you get the slip go to counter 2 ,they will capture your photo and signature 6:- now is the time for vehicle inspection (CARRY PENCIL ) you will have to take your vehicle to the ground,the inspection will be done by one of police man, they will ask you to mark the chassis number on the document you have with you. Hello will ask you to speak the number aloud.that is it. In 20 days you will get the Registration Number and the number plate. Please check the picture to see the details of doc required.

Everything is going on god's grace. First of all it doesn't look like an office. Its only a kind of a hut. I think they should renovate it for good customer experience. Second thing is that it's impossible to do anything without agent here. And for that, you need to pay a good amount of money. Staffs are ok but not very supportive. Overall you won't have a good experience.

This RTO is for new vehicles registration only. Generally its crowdy but on weekends its more crowded. Online slot is mandatory and keep all-the possible documents you think will be needed then online your working gets done at once. Keep address proof, price list, government id, bills, pan, aadhaar.... If you have all the docs your work will be easier.

Probably the worst and definitely rude and most likely corrupt RTO to get driving license. No proper check or track. If you bring out your phone to record even the open parking space, police threatened me that he will throw me in jail. Behaving like goons. Driving test track is covered with barricade so whatever happening inside isn't visible outside. Get this, what is so secret going inside that normal people can't or shouldn't see even from a distance? If you are accompanying anyone giving driving test, you are not allowed to go inside their gate and green barricading. But there are lots of agents roaming inside and helping their clients. that's completely allowed here. Don't worry if you take half an hour to complete the simple track in small car, no one will fail you. Don't worry if your car hit the curb, no one will fail you. Don't worry if your car stall 100th time while giving test, no one will fail you. Don't worry if you have to put your car in reverse for 50th time, on one will fail you. At this point I am not sure what aspect of driving is being tested here. Seriously, why the green carpet wall around the track? Also, it is the best RTO if you are getting an agent. Everything will be seamless. you know what I mean.

I went for the registration of my new 2 wheeler. There will be a lot of brokers there, they will ask you to pay the extra amount around 500 to 1000(If you have all the documents clearly, mainly the address proof). If you don't have proper address proof then you will charge more for the notary. I have all the proper documents and address proof, so I didn't contact any broker. I went there directly. I have submitted the documents and the RTA officer verified the chassis number. I got the vehicle number the next day itself. Please note, if you are going directly without any broker, please carry a pencil to mark the chassis number in the document. Overall experience is good. The office really needs alot maintainance and repairing. In such a modern tech world, the service given is poor. First visit, they said server down, postponed to next day. For now the RTA work would be done in a day is no guarantee even with an Agent! Hope someday the work here gets completed in less time like in minutes.

Not a good experience I went at 10 am and till 12: 30 I was standing idle as there server was not responding from 10:30 till 11:30 pm. Moreover once the server started no one knew and agents started taking their files and common man was standing as it is. Later on I saw that people who just came were taking their files and we were just standing in queue from 2 hrs. I think they need to improve the system and allocate the appointments according to the time required for process.

Kondapur Road Transport Authority....office located at prime location. Officials modifying for public convenience sake ...& staff also very friendly One minues thing is public / visitors parking place is very conjusted ....just of main road ( miyapur gachibowli road ) rest all good
