Zero star if possible Worst service, he can't even tell what documents required for the perticular application. He won't stay at one person for atleast 5 seconds. He always walks person to person zigzag for no reason. We don't even listen what we asking for. Says defferent process each time. When I approached him for the OBC certificate, He said you need caste certificate first so I applied caste certificate and I got it in 5 days then I went to apply OBC and at that time he said you don't need to caste certificate for OBC you just need new income certificate so again being all the documents which required for income certificate and then he said no need to apply income certificate you just need 2 gazetted officer signatures and 1 notary then I do all that and gave my application to him but after 3 days he didn't enter my application online!! What to do?
