Oh this is govt, they build big buildings and infrastructure, they latest vehicles but no work, no response to poor people.

GHMC garbage collecting person, after collecting the garbage he came to open plot behind my apartment and dumped the garbage there daily, when I noticed and asked him to stop he was reckless and spoke arrogantly. I wondered by paying him 150 rupees and that person just dumping that garbage behind my apartment. Why government is not bothered of these activities, I don't think the ghmc people are working they just come to office and spend the complete working time looking at reels and go home but every month they want the salary on time with out any delay. BIGGEST DUMPING YARD IN THE WORLD! JAWAHAR NAGAR! This is the deepest concern as this dumping yard is uncontrollably expanding day by day and now is the biggest dumping yard in the world. For people residing within a 7-8 km radius of this site, the living conditions have become unbearable. The health and environmental impacts are severe, and it's distressing to see that despite countless promises to open new dumping sites or manage waste more effectively, no concrete actions have been taken. We, the people, are left to suffer, while officials seem to turn a blind eye. Want to see if those who are responsible for making decisions--the GHMC officials, Government and our local leaders--could endure living under these conditions. The dumping yard is turning into an ever-growing disaster, and the lack of accountability is alarming. Simply dumping garbage and expanding it into vast acres without processing it is not only irresponsible but dangerous. Consequences are going to be deadly for people living around and officials will have to take the responsibility for it! Is opening new dumping sites such a challenge ? It's sad that we have such a useless and incapable leaders and officials!

Garbage collection in Sadhana Vihar Colony is very erratic. Garbage collected once in 3 - 4 days. Rude response from the garbage man when questioned. Considering that they take a monthly fee from all the residents, this is unacceptable. There seems to be no accountability!!!!

It's government service provider. It helps in providing government services and beneficiary schemes to the poor, but usually takes more time for scrutiny of application and further process for ex: pension related schemes

Worst office ever visited. I understand in this Covid pandemic situation things get delayed. But here employees are very irregular and don't respond properly. There is no proper progress and follow up of applications which are being submitted. Literally have to go and beg and follow up again and again, since no other option. I had problem twice here with birth certificate and death certificate of family members. If government offices work like this they better shut down and provide an alternative way.
