E Seva, aadhar enrolment centre

I would like to argue and raise a complaint against this person, are they even the correct persons to work in government running center. How come only this center has particular rules that only 10 new applications for aadhar enrollment are given a day that to before 9 am and submit them and not more than 10 applications a day. Is he setting his own rules and wanted people to come to center daily and roam around him. Does he even have empathy towards baby mothers and babies, some people came all around 10-15 kms to get enrolled and he recklessly says come tomorrow and get it done according to his time. Also I see so many negative feedbacks about this center, it is high time that he has to change his own rules and run the center according to the rules given by government.

I was dissatisfied with the Aadhaar-related services at this location. I would strongly discourage anyone from visiting this location due to the lack of basic infrastructure and the incompetent staff. I waited for two hours in advance to get a form. When the lady arrived to unlock the room, a large number of people rushed to the window to grab the form. I was under the impression that getting the form would grant me one of the limited tokens available for that day, but I was wrong. I had to fill out the form and return it to the same counter while others were still waiting to get a form. I was pushed around and nagged for holding up the line, but there was no other way to get the form to the other side of the window. I was then yelled at a number, which was my token number. I had to stand on a couple of rocks placed in front of the window in order to reach and talk to the rude and unqualified lady behind the counter. I was not given an estimated timeline for when I would be called, so I had to wait around until my name was called. This process took more than half a day, when it could have been completed in 15-30 minutes if the staff were organized and courteous. The staff member who updates the information does not provide acknowledgement for anything you ask and does not even look at you. He murmurs or ignores your questions and goes on to do what he wants to do for you that day. If you have any further questions or reasoning, he asks you to get another token and repeat the whole process. This process is incredibly inefficient and could be streamlined if the staff were more conscientious and caring. I am disappointed with the service I received at this location and would not recommend it to anyone.

Long Review: SUMMARY - Please avoid this centre at all costs. I don't understand how the staff even got eligible to work for information sensitive service like Aadhar. They act according to their own will and don't follow the rules set by UIDAI. I'm writing this review from personal experience. I had to get my mother's demographics updated and I presented the broadband bill as proof. They rejected it stating they can't upload. While it was clearly stated in the rules and the system accepts. Sheer lack of knowledge and utter negligence. I also asked the lady at the kiosk if she can update the date of birth and provided the proof. She denied us stating it cannot happen now. This only shows she deliberately didn't let me update. I did my argument with valid proofs there only to irritate the lady and not get my work completely done.

Pathetic maintenance. Pathetic staff attitude. No boards or guidance to let customers know what counters are good for what purpose. No queve/token system either. The computers mostly work and that's the only good part, atleast the work gets done when your turn comes. I've been going here since it's start may be 20 years back. It's there since Eseva concept/service started. Things have always gone in one direction, southwards. Now the centre feels like an abandoned factory. I'm surprised there are no reviews or ratings for such an old establishment.

False allegations. 100 tokens are not given everyday. They will stop giving tokens after 10 30 am, even if they are less than 100. If asked, they do not give proper response

Worst eseva center, better to remove or change all the employees from here. They have enough time to be on the phone rather helping people with their work.

Worst staff not work properly,they will not respond properly too they will close doors at 440pm onwards (actual timings is 9:00 to 5:30pm) they will not allow anyone after 440pm vry good service don't waste your time
