Management is good but it is crowded all the time. Been here thrice. Sharing my thoughts (afternoon) about visit. It is crowded and in summers it's like hell waiting here. Management is good and humble. They directs you well. I will request to take online appointment to save your time and energy.

Early morning not too busy but after lunch it's very busy out there. There is lunch at 1.30. Try to go in morning. Here's outside and inside view of centre during lunch time. It's on second floor of the building

There is no different line/queue for those who have appointments every one standing in same queue and wait for their turn. What's the point of online booking and taking appointment with date and time slot then? Atleast have 2 different queues 1 for random visitor and 1 for those who have appointments.

Highly crowded having no system. People are roaming here & there like fish market. No token or management to ensure first come, first serve. Online appointment is useless. People with no appointment are also allowed which is why it is highly crowded. Horrible experience.

The signboard directs us very well from the front of the building into the center. Inside the center, the staff treat us very well and guide us in every step. The manager of Aadhar center Shiva Mishra sir and BH Chaudhury sir also gives us an information clearly and make a seamless process. Just book an appointment online and every process will be done within less than 30 minutes.
