Nice place with supportive staff. They try to help as.much as possible and don't ask for printout and consider softcover whereas possible. I was lucky enough by finding less crowd and get all the work done including new card Creation, biometric and phone number change in less than an hours time.

I waited 1 hour in line even after i had an appointment letter. My appointment time was 11:40-12:00. Time pr phuchne pr b line me khada rhna pda dhoop me aur 1 bje jake number aaya. Appointment time ki koi value nhi h na hi appointment letter ki. After getting the token number everything was totally smooth but they should take care of appointment time too.

My experience with this center was extremely frustrating and disappointing due to their lack of professionalism and proper knowledge. I visited the center for a biometric update, but the staff insisted on providing address proof, which was completely unnecessary. When I tried to explain this, they were not only unhelpful but also rude and abusive in their behavior. To add to the ordeal, I later confirmed with a UIDAI representative that no documents are required for a biometric update. Despite this, the staff at the center created unnecessary hurdles and subjected me to mental harassment. What made the situation worse was the behavior of the help desk manager, who was not only uncooperative but also outright rude and disrespectful. Their attitude and lack of basic customer service skills made the entire experience even more distressing. This center clearly needs better training for its staff and a complete overhaul of its customer service approach to avoid such incidents in the future.

I was givin 5 star .Due to Hard work of UIDAI employee.There was huge crowed but staff was done very hard work 100 Rs for one Adhar card updation.Both online and offline payment are available.Water and Washroom facilities are available.It was Located in front of GT Road.Near Bhatia more Over bridge Started.

Very pathetic experience and i have visited with my wife kids for name change . The incharge or Manager , was very very rude to provide right information to people. in front ladies and kids don't have common sense to use right words . Baat kerne ka tamiz hi nahi hai . ladies se kehate hai main chalun kya documents banawane ke liye . i am thinking to file a complain about him to right forum. pls suggest any one.

Carry color printout of documents. They don't allow non color printout. Online appointment is preferred. There is a separate queue counter for tokens for those who have online appointments. Thus, lots of time is saved. Stay mindful of when your token number or name is called. Charges are applied as per guidelines of UIDAI. Staff is very cooperative. No need to panic. Verify your adhar details on computer screen while operator is editing / filling them. Washroom facility available. Lots of sitting space available indoors. Receipt will be provided.

Always have long queue waiting is more than 1 hours

In this the toilet is very dirty & the staff is selfish like my wife want to use toilet ap staff say this ladies toilet only for staff if any urgency for any ladies don't take this normal
