I am deeply disappointed and unsatisfied with the services provided by this studio. Their lack of professionalism and dishonesty dismay me greatly. I paid 1600 rupees to have my Aadhaar card information corrected, including my name, date of birth, and address. Initially, they promised the corrections would be completed in 7 days, but several months have passed with no progress. When I raised my concerns, they claimed not to understand English, asking me to have someone who can understand hindi and speak with them on the phone. Shockingly, they even became aggressive during the conversation. I reached my limit and warned them that I would file a complaint. In response, they apologized and offered to refund half of the amount as the name and date of birth were supposedly updated. However, upon checking my Aadhaar card online, I discovered that my date of birth remained unchanged. This level of deceit feels like a scam to me. I wish them no success in their endeavors. They dont even deserve 1 star
