Horrible Experience at Aadhaar Seva Kendra, Kanpur I visited the Aadhaar Seva Kendra in Kanpur today, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The behavior of the staff was unprofessional, and the Centre Manager was particularly rude and arrogant. My father, who is unwell, accompanied me, and instead of showing any understanding or courtesy, the Centre Manager was dismissive and downright insulting. When I asked for clarification about the process, the Centre Manager not only refused to help but also told me not to come back to the center again. This level of hostility and lack of empathy is shocking, especially for a government service center where people come for essential tasks. Their behavior made an already difficult situation even worse for me and my family. I strongly urge the authorities to investigate this matter and take strict action against such unprofessional conduct. The staff and Centre Manager need to be trained on how to treat visitors with basic respect and humanity.

Worst service. They keep on repeating same thing. They updates my name instead of my father name. Giving me hard time to correct it. As if it is my mistake. Wanted me to go to court or politicians. To resolve the mistake done by aadhaar dept. I have offered them my father ID and my govt ID They kept on repeating the same thing. First time realised commen sense is how uncommon.

Hassle free and excellent services provided by this centre. Must visit this centre if needed to update or new aadhar card.
