Very unprofessional behaviour of the management team & they are talking with people like "Kabadi Wala" Note: Neither staff wearing ID card nor ready to share his name. Directly denying discussion with the customer care team also. The Central Manager of Ratan Square is very casual.

The worst experience. We came here for the aadhaar card updation and with appointment of 15th March but there is no staff and the watchman of the building is informing us that the representative told to say to all the appointee that today is holiday and aadhaar centre is closed. I've connected with the Support Executive and they told me that it's not holiday today. People have come from faraway places and we have been standing here for the past 45 min. without any resolution. We want the representative to be held responsible for it and to cover everyone's travel expenses and to reschedule and give us a written copy of the same.

Aadhar cards officers should talk to people in a nice way because they are already worried. If they talk to them so rudely, they will get even more worried, especially the villagers. Very bad behavior ...
