I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting the Shankhdhar Jan Seva Kendra. Based on my interaction, I can confidently say that it falls short of providing satisfactory services. One of the most glaring issues was the excruciatingly slow service. I had to wait for an inordinate amount of time to be assisted, which is unacceptable in this day and age. Additionally, the staff members seemed indifferent and lacked basic customer service skills. Their responses were often curt and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. Furthermore, the information provided was inconsistent and incomplete. I found myself having to repeat my queries multiple times to different staff members. This lack of coordination and clarity is a significant drawback. The physical facilities were also subpar. The waiting area was cramped and uncomfortable, and the overall ambiance was quite uninviting. Basic amenities like proper seating and air conditioning were lacking. In conclusion, my experience at the Shankhdhar Jan Seva Kendra was highly disappointing. I would hesitate to recommend this center to anyone seeking efficient and courteous service. The center needs to make significant improvements in terms of service quality, staff training, and infrastructure to meet even the most basic expectations of its customers.
