Arrogant employees, They treat people like they are some kind of dictator, you don't get a proper answer from them and most common one is "udhar se poochiye" "sab likha hua hai" "net kaam nhi kar rha". Their helpdesk wander here and there for 10-15 min after attending 3-4 members, they don't even provide seat to a pregnant lady, we had to stand in direct sun for more than 2 hrs and even after that they said us to come on monday. All those 5 star rating reviews are from those who have already connection with the staff, if you have connections then your work will be done on priority. Their is no separate queues for man and women. Disappointing service.

Most of staff is very good and they do their job very well and fast. But in help desk some staff is very rude, they don't provided help to anyone even you just asked where is counter number they don't tell you.
