Very good place and very good service provided here, the naturality is omnipresent everywhere, adhar service is so much good

I was there for my Passport verification. Though the appointment time given from 9am. Onwards but process starts at 10:15am. But The Officer's behaviour is commendable. He is Very polite and gentle. Answered all my queries not like other govt employees.

Good place!! The all staffs are very helpful!!

I have been here for document verification of my passport. The officer was too expert to do the verification process within a few minutes. I had a great conversation with the officer about passport and educational related. And most importantly it's a great initiative for those who are willing to apply for a passport, that they don't have to go to the main office for verification.

Staffs are very helpful especially "Banerjee sir" at present. Only one problem, all the staffs are very much transferred..not in the same place for a long. The management is good but service is badly interrupted due to link failure. Cant have stable link for the transaction. Please make a good internet connection. Post office infrastructure should update. If possible, Make a passage in front of the office, make a Ladies toilet with modern facility and make it "Central Air Conditioned "office.

Stuff not come in time.. waiting counter for post a letter but no counter stuff. When I ask they say stuff is coming from Ranihati & take time for this. The worse behavior from stuff.

Good service and satisfied service.. Helpful employees are there, specially Sunil vai and Sonu Vai is very nice and cooperative, hard working and very calm minded person, Raj Kumar vai also very gentle man. .. Only few technical support and networking connection need improvement. Overall good at all.

A beautiful office.. surrounded with nature.. its a good place to snatch a artist mind.. and i think more or less everyone is an artist
