This is a good and easy solution. These centers should be established at every nearby BOD office to make the journey and process more convenient for everyone. By having more centers locally available, people can save time and effort, leading to better accessibility and smoother operations. This step would also improve customer satisfaction and enhance overall service efficiency.

3rd class centre no adequate information they can give. I am going from Durgapur a long way to the center and these people giving vague information. Aadhaar customer care told that for name change Marriage certificate is taken and its a genuine one, but in centre they are telling name are different and we can take. They dnt have any common sense that marraige certificate will have bride and grooms original name and surname and after marriage wife's surname will be changed to husbands. They have not given this in written as well. They are cancelling my highest acceptable proof i.e. Marriage Certificate. I think its a scam centre of aadhar and all old people ruinning the work culture in Aadhaar

Good staff behaviour. The place is usually crowded but the management is good. Took me 45 minutes to get my work done

This is a nice aadhar updation place but beaware of all the online appointment creators which are all nearby stores that will take 50 rupees extra for creating the appointment. If you want to save 50 rupees please go directly to aadhar updation Kendra and not any third parties that have opened their stores nearby. They just create your appointment and take 50 rupees extra which is fraud in my eyes. Also please check my photo and go directly to that place instead of going all the nearby stores and save your 50!!
