Ashoknagar Sub Post Office

Very fast and time valuable service so if you decide to create a passport you can visit at this office..

The Passport Seva Kendra will open at 10:30am even you have appointment at 9:15. Our reporting time was 9am. The post office was locked from outside at 9am. A person came to open at 9:35am. When asked about late timing, then he behaved very rudely, as if I have made the biggest mistake of my life asking him why everyone is so late. The PSK officials came at 11am and behaved as if they have done favor on us by coming to office. Overall very very bad experience here at Ashoknagar PO PSK.

One of the most useless post office in the state. They don't even have facility to send speed post. Whenever someone goes for the speed post, they say the machine is not working. The postman is also a lazy person. Most of the time the letters are not delivered giving some petty excuses.

This post office process passport. Staffs need to be more friendly, helpful and professional. Although it shows as Barasat Ashoknagar, but it is too far away from Barasat (about 1 hour drive from Barasat)

Service of Passport is very unsystematic. You need to wait at least 2 hours extra. The given appointment time is just formality. Very poor service by the staffs, they need to be little professional.

Worst experience for passport verification. My timing was 12.15 PM. I reached there at 12.00 PM. But I was made to wait till 2 PM.

Nice and in first floor of this office is passport verification office. Nice helpful POPSK centre.

Speed post service is very poor Whenever I go to send package they say " Machine is not working " Very poor situation
