Head Post office Bankura of Indian Postal Department which is located opposite Bankura Wholesale Consumers at Machantala Mor. All the staffs here are very good and work very fast here. There are IPPB counters and Passport service center counters separately. Aadhaar updar is done every day. People who come from far away to work here benefit a lot. He also performed the Inaugural Ceremony on 26/07/2023 very enthusiastically.

Now you don't have to wait in long queues for Parcel booking A dedicated Parcel Counter is available at Ground Floor providing service till 8 pm

Appointment required for Biometric updates. But Appointment Not requested for Aadhaar Mobile link. You can update your mobile number within just a few minutes

Speed Post Delivery Service very very poor... When I tracking online last 2 days, status show "Out for Delivery". But Delivery Man Can not deliver letter within 2 days. My Home location Beside Rajendralal High School. Really very poor service. Need to restructure whole system.

We get more service like speed post, bank service, aadhaar update, passport service e.t.c

Worst service. Harassing people. After standing in line for 1 and a half hour, the lady on counter no. 3 at the speed post counter, just refused to register 6 couriers through speed post. There is no such rule. She kept on arguing unnecessarily. At last sent only 4 out of 6. And just a single counter was working in the afternoon. There is no such rule that you can only send two or three couriers per person. They are just making rules on their own. Strict action should be taken against her. Shame on them. #indiapost

The onda sub post office is presently in very worst condition. Since last one month speed post is not available at onda sub post office. Maximum staffs are not well known about computer. If any one come to do a registry Dak it's get minimum 15 minutes for it. Aadhaar updation service is very much poor. Only 5/6 aadhaar updation done in one day..
