The staffs are well known about your queries. They help me a lot to solve my problems and help me to answer my queries. But keep it in mind that you have to first take the appointment from online website of UIDAI and then go there in your correct time and accurate date otherwise they will unable to help you. And I will suggest you to go there at correct time or be late a little bit but don't go earlier.. they will not attend you before your mentioned time in your application. Overall the experience was fine and you should also check there.
