Birati Sub Post Office

The woman who sits at the speed post counter treats people horribly. She is just not ready to work and will give a thousand excuses on why the parcel cannot go out. She is not ready to help customers and has a very disgusting attitude. According to her, after lunch her work is done for the day and she will do everything in her power to drive away people. Utterly disgusting experience, please teach employees some manners and don't give them free salary if they don't want to work.

There is a woman (employee) in the Birati branch of India post, quite easily noticeable by means of her impolite demeanor who I think has taken up the job of urging people towards Private postal services. Sitting facing the entrance, she is easily recognizable through her effortfully puffed hair, which I am sure takes more time than sending an important post out. With her terrible behavior, she not only makes people realize that the government job that she has is a place she cannot be fired from, but she also makes sure that no posts go out of the door after madame has had her lunch. She deserves to get some compensation from DTDC and other private postal services, as I am sure that most people are turning towards them because of people like her. Absolute shame on the system for giving these people permanent jobs. A sign of extreme disservice in the part of government sector where providing service is the objective. Never going back to the Birati branch again, as their job seems to be too problematic for them.

Absolutely worst! My father had to swing by 8 times for a faulty document. And the document was created by them in the first place.

The post office stuff behaviour is very bad. They are very much incooprative with public. Although they are appointed to serve the public but they can't do it seriously. They are always busy with their cell phone. I am very much disappointed by their behaviour.I want to highlight towards the higher authority to look after on tis matter

Completed my daughter's Aadhar card enrollment. Mr Surajit from the Post office helped me completing the process and was extremely helpful. I am thankful to him. Thank you and excellent service.

A lady staff's behavior is very bad who is sitting facing the entrance.

The Birati sub-post offices is situated in the 1st floor . The space for the customers is not enough.The working ambiance is more or less good. The behavioral attitudes of staffs needs tobe improved. The post-Banking works are not mention worhy. The higher authority should attach due attention towards the demerits.

Is that a post office? Or an old govt. hospital? Super overworked and frustrated stuffs. With an hour "link" is gone or "server" is down 10 times. 1 person os doing the tasks of 3. Behind the glass every single minute is like a warzone situation. Pathetic.
