Whoever runs the office, provides excellent service. My biometric, address update has been completed within 30 minutes well before my appointment time. All of the staff including security are extremely helpful and have a reasonable professional attitude. All of the details are shown to individuals before submitting to crosscheck using a dual screen. If you're following the process and having all of the required documents mentioned in the appointment form, you should get your things sorted without any trouble. UIDAI rocks! Photography is prohibited inside the office.

Really good service here. If you want to avail aadhar related services, i would suggest booking an appointment in advance. I booked an appointment for my biometric update on the 14:20 to 14;40 time slot and reached there around 14:10. The whole process was completed within 30 minutes.

This dark card center is near HDFC Bank.Here, the dark card is updated in a very short time and easily.The staff here are very polite and courteous.

Subject: Daily Fraud and Mismanagement - Urgent Attention Required I want to bring to notice a serious issue happening here on a daily basis. The 5:00 PM to 5:20 PM slot is deliberately jammed every day just to avoid work. It has become a part of their daily routine. On my visit, my time slot was 4:40 PM - 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, due to a delay in the public transportation system, I reached at 5:07 PM. But what I witnessed was completely unacceptable. The door was already closed, and a few people were standing outside who said they had reached even earlier than me (one said 5:03 PM). When I inquired further, I got conflicting information from the employees themselves--one said the office closes at 4:40 PM, another said 5:00 PM. This clearly shows the lack of transparency and a deliberate attempt to misguide people. It is evident that they are misusing their position and taking advantage of people's patience and soft nature. This is nothing short of a fraudulent practice and must be investigated. I urge the concerned government authorities to take strict action against such mismanagement and ensure accountability in public service delivery..

I had to go to this center for my kid's aadhar enrollment. No idea why they need a print out of the appointment email to get a coupn, where everything is digital now-a-days. To get print out you need to go other shop by walking 10 min away, which is very inconvenient and unnecessary. Security is asking to stand one person in line only, where the person who gives coupon does not give coupon other than the applicant. They are mismanaging this center. There are many people comes from different economical section of society, from new born to senior citizens. The management should be more considerate and empathetic. The behaviour of some of the staff can be improved. Instructions should be better and there should be more people employed to guide visitors. Hope to see this place improved in future.

I had a great experience updating my mobile number, biometric data, and photo--it was all done in just 5 to 7 minutes! Although my appointment was scheduled for 9:30 AM onwards, I reached the center around 9:20 AM and everything was completed before 9:30 AM. Superfast service and courteous behavior from all the staff made the process even smoother. Important note: Don't forget to carry a printout of your appointment acknowledgment and original copies of your AADHAAR and Voter ID. That's all you need to get your Aadhaar details updated.
