Excellent customer care, staffs are very polite and helpful. My father went for some work. He was just made to sit and all the work was done by the customer care executive.

Easy to find the telephone exchange on the road. Staff are helpful and cooperative. Took away one star because of the condition of the office ... Same old story like every other govt office - old shabby building, no helpful markings to find the right room or staff, dirty unmaintained toilets etc.

If you want to change your aadhar card they will do it but before that you need to mail them or take an appointment via email. I cant share the email publicaly. Once they received the mail they will send the date and time and you need to visit at same time and date without getting late. They will atleast wait for 15 min to attend a person. They will share the details about the documents on email.

Went therein to surrender my Bsnl line. People are helpful. Its Govt office. Well maintained. Kept my land phone so long but the constraint is major time it's non functional. See what kind of business is running by Jio. Must be taken line from BSNL. But BSNL himself failed to provide services to its own customer. Sorry to place my views. Reg,

I went there to buy a prepaid SIM card and the experience was seamless. The office is swanky and clean, atleast as I noticed inside the office. However, I had to search for the gates as the gate on the street is not meant for the customers. Get into the compound trough the gate and find a gate to your left to get inside the exchange.

I have been directed here from Territy Bazar BSNL Office for post paid BSNL mobile SIM. The first word was your case will be done from Territy Bazar .When I explained ,it was this office ,which is to the right place ,then after lot of reservations and phone call started the work. They assured me my new SIM will work within one day but till not working . BSNL should improve its service .

Worst service compared to any other operator. Don't go for BSNL Broadband. I was going to BSNL Broadband a few years back. Without my knowledge they gave us a postpaid connection. I have several times there any Registration or Installation Charges are there or not. The employee said no. Once the bill comes they have added a Installation and Registration Charges. So immediately apply for disconnection. While applying for disconnection I suffered a lot from this branch to another so on. Totally ridiculous service and staff behaviour.

Ghostly ghastly place. Hope nobody has to go there unless it's an emergency like I went to surrender my landline instrument after it died on 22nd March,2020 and no-one came to restore the services in spite of repeated reminders and complaints. Had to cough up the bill for 5months from April to August 2020
