You can apply / update your PAN & Aadhaar cards here. They are very fast as compared to Post Offices for updating aadhaar card. Staffs are also helpful & cooperative.

Worst service ever I had from UTI it was struggled the employee worthless they even don't have basic manners that how to talk to the clients even they did miss bheav with to many clients specially sequrity staff before hiring the higher authority couldn't training to them that how to talk with women And most hilarious things the STAFFS are not really knowledgeable during work they had discussed regarding personal matters front of clients would request you to higher authority before hiring atleast give them proper information system and and training them. Otherwise that would be very difficult to deal

Worst company. Waste of time. I apply for pan correction, almost 45 days gone. No result. They are given only 7 +7+7+7+7+7 working days.

Worst service, front line staff are not at all helpful. Staffs are useless, no knowledge about PAN service. Ministry of Finance made a wrong decision to allow them to handle an important role of handling PAN related work to them. Back Office staff are sitting and relaxing.Getting salary without any work.Govt. should intervene and terminate UTI for providing PAN service and appoint some other agencies for PAN related work. My worst experience about UTI service.

Great place to amend PAN CARD in a convenient way but this place is too crowded to do one's own tasks. So to do the necessary work one has to visit this place as early as possible in the morning within 11 AM. PAN CARD amendment is to be done 10 AM. morning to 3:30 PM. in the afternoon on any week day. Apart from this many others valuable documentations are to be done here. The behaviour of the staff members of this place is not good. This place is well connected by Buses and metro railway .

The staff of the office are very helpful , each work is done separately like forms given on one counter , forms submitted on another counter and form submission slip given on some other counter which ultimately helps in improving the efficiency of the work done and also fastens the process. There is also an built computer with net access to check and see the status of the PAN CARD. Even if links fails (which might happen as there technical problems in every government office) they still keep the slip under the desk reserved for the person to come later and collect it , it's all about Adjusting with the situation that matters overall there are water bottles kept inside the office for if anyone feel thirsty and benches for public to sit . The charge for making the Pan Card is Rs 110 for Indians currently and you get the Pan Card delivered to house by your local postman within 20 to 30 days

I call the customer service that my pan card is dispatched but i have not received it and its been more than 5 months then they just hang up the phone by saying thats its the work of the postal Department. At least they should provide me some alternative method to get my pan card. Other wise Well Maintained Place. Employees Behavior Is Also Very Good. UTI Building Is Visible From Any Kind Of Vehicles.

I have made so many PAN cards of so many people and mine also from here, their services are really good because each and every time when I apply for a new PAN card, I got it done within 15 days probably.
