Nice behaviour with the customers. Fully sanitized area. Very less crowd.Proper works done on time .All covid precautions are maintained.All the staffs are helping.No important works are delayed and all the services are fully open.Open from 9 Am to 5 PM.Every time you enter Temperature checks and Sanitization is done.

Today morning I visit this place for updataion my Aadhaar card. Jst 20 to 30 minutes they done this. Good behavior with their customers. I suggest that if u have any prblm regarding post office matter please come there and solve your problems.

One of the worst worst and worst post office in this world all executives are roude lazy and doing gossips in the office and speaking in phone with the relatives plese do not engage with this post office.......hell of this

Good Service. Infrastructure is not good. One of the busiest Post Office of North Kolkata.

I went there for an Addhar Card update. Though we had to wait for one and a half hours in the queue, it was a smooth process by the team. Within 2 days, I got the update message.

This post office cover the area of Kolkata 700004, which is recognized as Shyambazar. Very old building and office of the postal department of India Government. Situated on the Bidhan Sarani.

Not even eligible for 1 star rating. Rude and arrogant staff, half the time staffs are absent and at other times either link isn't there or staffs are not willing to work. They behave as if they have achieved so much in life
