Very rude behaviour of the staff they have a unbelievable attitude like their the boss of the world!

All the staffs are co-operative..

Worst service. Workers are not have any experience. Not politely. Some workers are not reading properly in english. So don't go if you are a illiterate person.

I booked a slot yesterday at 12:10 pm. But the place was overcrowded and the guard let me enter after 1:45pm. There was a KYC Policy for over 18+ 50. After that I transferred to a counter for a token. But the female staff told me to print out a photocopy of my Aadhaar Card (That was completely unnecessary for 30). The counter was also crowded, so I told her to do the next process am getting late for College and she told me to go and come back later . She told me that they will call my name. But She didn't pass my token. Then, a male staff member saw me waiting and took my form and found out that she hadn't passed that Token.

I visited here on 18th august 2023. Had a very bad experience on that day. Enrollment operator Narayan Das's behaviour is very rude. He doesn't even know how to behave with a client. I would request the authorities to crack down on such staff who do not at least know how to respect clients.

The staff here are very nice and friendly behaviour and helpful..
