I had a disappointing experience with this organization. Their behavior is very poor, and they seem to lack the ability to communicate respectfully with people. It's evident that just obtaining a government job doesn't automatically equate to god-like behavior.

Very fraud post office I was submitted satosh PLI after maturity five years deposited EMI out of seven years. No any interest has been given by Gpo serarampur. He has fraud and cheated with me

It's situated near Serampore court, right beside St Olav's church. Service is very slow. There are always long lines before all the counters. Not enough chairs & seats for the elderly people who are forced to wait for 1-2 hrs to get their work done. More staff should be appointed at this place to ensure fast & smooth service.

Excellent staff. Their behaviour is extremely well-mannered. The service of this post office is top class.

The staff in the speedpost desk are pretty much rude to me most of the times I go to ship parcels. Everytime there are new tantrums and small inconveniences. They literally refuse parcels for a reason that was not bothered before.
