Visited , always crowded, small waiting and seating area inside the centre. Slot not taken as per online slot system. At first you have to stand in queue for token then wait inside for verification and after that your enrolment or updation will be done. Time taken 1 to 2 hours. Sunday open but huge crowded than usual days.

I had a very disappointing experience at Aadhaar Seva Kendra, Siliguri. Despite having a slot booking system in place, it was not maintained at all. Instead, we were made to stand in a long line to get a token. The entire process was chaotic and unorganized. To make matters worse, the lady distributing the tokens was extremely slow, which further delayed everything. It felt like there was no sense of urgency or respect for people's time. I hope the authorities take this feedback seriously and improve the management of the center. Would not recommend unless absolutely necessary.

Organized but parking is an issue even for a 2 wheeler. As it's hospital lane rest as per the service is concerned it's over all fine

Very poor service. I am standing que for token at 10 AM after 13 person. Still waiting for 1 hrs 20 minutes. But still not get. As no one at counter to give me the token.

There behaviour was too bad and the rule seriously soo bad govt job really?! Govt really see this? There are no one can security guard and the employee was behave like they are monster

Great place to update/ enroll aadhaar, it just took my 10-15 minutes to update my biometrics and demographic details. Properly maintained and furnished and the aadhaar officials are too prompt at their work. Token system is too adopted by then for efficient working. Just the online appointments at a far date.

Worst Service, Manners less, behaviour less, illiterate staff and poor quality service. They don't talk properly and listen to customer. Takes a long time to service,

I selected a 1:30 PM slot online, but they are on a lunch break at that time and unable to provide service.
